The whole Halo ontology as an interactive map — the three graphs and the flow loop, searchable, click-to-detail. Unlike every other lab this is live tooling with generated data: ontology-manifest.json is derived from bio/ontology by the manifest generator and CI-gates conformance — the map cannot drift from the model. Actively maintained by feature PRs.
